PRIVACY POLICY
1. How Information May be Collected. R-128 Sports, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on www.maxyourgame.com. R-128 Sports, Inc. may collect personally identifiable information from users of the maxyourgame.com web site in the following ways:
Registration
You may use most portions of this web site without providing any personal information. However, in order to use many of the interactive features of this site, such as the MYG videos, golf crazy videos, playing with your buddies, eCards, expert route and gift certificate you must be a registered user. In order to register, you must first complete a registration form and/or create a user name and password. During registration, you may be required to provide contact information such as your name and email address. In some cases, you will have the option to provide demographic information to us, such as income level and gender; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as your name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as zip code).
We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose except as necessary to conduct and administer the survey or contest. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.
Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. R-128 Sports, Inc. stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend will be given the opportunity to contact us in order to remove this information from our database.
Cookies
As with many web sites, maxyourgame.com uses standard technology called "cookies," which are small data files that are transferred to your computer when you allow your browser to accept cookies. Cookies automatically identify your Web browser to the site whenever you visit the site, and make using the site easier for you by saving your user ID, preferences and other convenient site usage information. By tracking how and when you use the site, cookies help us determine which areas are popular and which are not. Many improvements and updates to the site are based on data obtained from cookies. Additionally, accepting cookies allows you, among other things, to personalize your experience on the site. Cookies may also allow the site to present to you advertising which may be of interest to you as well as limit how often you see certain ads that may detract from your user experience on our site. If you do not want to allow information to be collected through the use of cookies, you can generally opt out of providing this information by turning the cookies off in your browser. However, some areas of the site may not provide you with an acceptable user experience if you have disabled the use of cookies.
IP Addresses and Automatic Information
We may collect IP addresses and/or Automatic Information for purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers and sponsors. Our computers identify your computer by its IP address. When you request Web pages from the site, our computers log your IP address. Automatic Information we collect may include, without limitation, such information as the page served, the time, the source of the request, the type of browser making the request, the preceding page view and other such information. When analyzed, this data helps us determine how visitors arrive at the site, what type of content is most popular, and what type of visitors (in the aggregate) are interested in particular kinds of content and advertising. We may also use Automatic Information to provide you with a more personalized user experience.
Web Beacons
Consistent with standard practice within the web publishing industry, web pages throughout the site may contain electronic images (generally, single-pixel ".gif" images) called "web beacons." These web beacons allow us to access certain cookies that were set in a domain different from that which is displayed in the current web page's address bar. Our use of web beacons, includes, without limitation, the following: • We may use web beacons within the site in order to count unique users (actually, unique web browsers), visits and page views. Unique browser recognition is possible through the use of web beacons and associated cookies that may be managed by a third party site analytics partner. • We may use web beacons to monitor site traffic and conversion patterns through our various product and service offerings. For example, web beacons may be integrated into a merchandise product page as well as the subsequent shopping cart, transaction and verification pages. This allows us to determine the most appropriate methods to serve our transaction-oriented customers. • We may use web beacons to provide our web-serving applications with access to our cookies. This allows us to personalize your experience when you visit the site. • We include web beacons in HTML-formatted email messages (messages in which we are able to include graphics). These beacons allow us to determine whether or not email messages were opened, links were clicked and notifications/offers were acted upon.
2. How We Use the Information. We may use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your requests for our products, programs, and services, to fulfill a donation, to respond to your inquiries about our offerings, and to offer you other products, advertisements, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you. We sometimes use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you when you have won one of our contests or when we make changes to our subscriber agreements, to fulfill a request by you for an online newsletter, or to contact you about your account with us.
We use the information that you provide about others to enable us to send them your gifts or cards. From time to time, we also may use this information to offer our products, programs, or services to them. The information we collect in connection with our online forums and communities is used to provide an interactive experience. We use this information to facilitate participation in these online forums and communities and, from time to time, to offer you products, programs, or services.
If you choose to submit content for publication (e.g., questions for an online chat guest), we may publish your screen name and other information you have provided to us (e.g. transcript of the chat, including your question).
We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer you products, programs, or services. We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law. In addition, we may transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company. Agents and contractors of R-128 Sports, Inc. who have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for R-128 Sports, Inc. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that is collected will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose personally identifiable information to companies whose practices are not covered by this privacy notice (e.g., other marketers, magazine publishers, retailers, participatory databases, and non- profit organizations) that want to market products or services to you. If our site shares personally identifiable information, it will provide you with an opportunity to opt out or block such uses. You can opt out from such disclosures. We may on occasion combine information we receive online with other information and outside records to enhance our ability to market to you those products or services that may be of interest to you. If you have signed up to receive our emails and prefer not to continue to receive marketing information from this site, follow the "unsubscribe" instructions provided on any marketing e-mail you receive from this site.
Finally, R-128 Sports, Inc. will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.

Maxyourgame.com encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the activities offered on the site. No information should be submitted to or posted at Maxyourgame.com by guests under 13 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.
It is our policy to collect a minimum of information from guests under 13 years of age. We request only the information required to ensure guests under 13 can effectively join in our activities, and do not condition participation in a particular activity on the collection of more information than is reasonably necessary. Maxyourgame.com does not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever from our guests under 13 years of age. When a guest under 13 registers wants to register, he/she is required to provide the e-mail address or other contact information of his/her parent or guardian prior to registration. Maxyourgame.com will notify the parent or guardian that the guest under 13 years of age wants to register and direct the parent or guardian to a page within maxyourgame.com where they can register the guest under 13 years of age. All registrants and their parents or guardians receive an e-mail confirming their registration. The parent or guardian must validate the account, as described in the e-mail, in order for the potential member to use most of maxyourgame.com interactive services. If the parent or guardian does not validate the account, any personally identifying information provided in the registration will be discarded and the guest under 13 years of age will only be able to access portions of maxyourgame.com that do not require registration. No information collected from guests under 13 years of age is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside maxyourgame.com.
Although guests under 13 years of age may be allowed to participate in some contests and promotions, if such a guest wins, notification and prizes are sent to the parents or guardians identified in the initial registration process. Publication of contest winners' names, ages, or images for individuals under 13 require parental or guardian consent. Please review the rules of each contest or promotion to see if guests under 13 years of age may participate.
We do not allow guests under 13 years of age to be listed in our member directory or to receive direct marketing communications from maxyourgame.com.
